Shipping policy

 

PROCESSING TIME:

All items are available for pre-order. Kindly allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing times for your order. Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing times may vary due to a high Volume of orders or during holiday seasons. Additional processing time can require up to 10 business days.

Order cancellations or changes are not permitted once your order has entered the processing phase.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping times are selected at checkout.

When your order has been fulfilled you will receive an update via email along with tracking. Please ensure shipping address and contact information are correct before completing checkout. Once the carrier receives the package, TrueLuxee will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier for more information in this case.

LOCAL PICKUP:

If you choose store pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. All orders are available for pre-order therefore order pickup will follow the processing timeframe 3-5 business days. 

-On Hand orders Pickup Times: Monday-Saturday 9:30AM- 6:30PM (Select local pickup at checkout)
